Flea Market on Campus
Nowadays, flea market has become more and more popular among universities. The phrase “flea market” first appeared in the United States. And the market will become much common as the graduation is approaching. You can easily find all kinds of things in the so-called market, from secondhand textbooks, magazines, to secondhand phones and clothes.
When it comes to the flea market on campus, different people have different views. Some say it is a wonderful way to help“sellers”earn some money by selling the possessions that are useless to them. Additionally, it is also beneficial to the "buyers ", for they can save lots of money since the secondhand goods are much cheaper than the new ones. However, others don’t think so. They argue that it is unwise to open a market on campus because university is a quiet place for study. Needless to say, the environment of the campus is bound to be polluted. Additionally, when it comes to money, it is not needless to worry our friendship. What’s more, in order to make more money, some people may take advantage of this God-given opportunity to sell product with low quality. Frankly speaking, We cannot tolerate this phenomenon.
As far as I’m concerned, no matter how provoking the flea market is, we should not ignore its great advantage, so we ought to learn to incorporate the useful perspective. On the one hand, it provides a great platform to make the best of resources. On the other hand, it is a good chance for students to have many experiences that we have not had and that are helpful for their future job hunting.
